There are many different balance and coordination exercises with the GeMa Shiatsu & Balance Stick . Stick exercises are not only used in Shiatsu, but also in physiotherapy to help relieve back pain. The stick exercises are also ideal for people who cannot stand for long periods of time due to age or illness, because they can also be performed while sitting. This way, the arms and shoulder area can be strengthened.

Stock fit exercise while sitting or standing

Sit or stand upright with your feet hip-width apart. Inhale - hold the GeMa Shiatsu & Balance Stick in your hands shoulder-width apart in front of your upper body, your palms facing downwards. Exhale - now stretch your arms forwards. Inhale - move the stick upwards and slowly lead it over your head. Exhale - return to the starting position. Pay attention to your breathing and repeat this exercise sequence 21 times.

Stand upright on your exercise mat with your feet hip-width apart. Hold the GeMa Shiatsu & Balance Stick relatively far to the outside, with your breastbone raised, and make rowing movements in the air. The GeMa Shiatsu & Balance Stick is in front of or to the side of your body. After a few movements, change the pace, place your legs further apart and perform the movements a little faster, shifting your balance alternately from your right to your left leg.
