Light your candle consciously. How does the glass feel? When you open the glass, what smell do you notice? Let the colors or the color have an effect on you for a moment. As soon as you have lit the candle, focus for a moment on whether you can hear the crackling of the wooden wick.

As soon as you have arrived in the NOW with your senses, place the candle within your reach and assume a comfortable, upright posture.
